Renovation of an historic campus building into the home for the Construction Sciences Department. Design included many "show and tell" systems to allow the students to "see" the infrastructure in a building. Extensive lighting control were designed, along with a chilled beam HVAC system and dedicated outside air systems. Responsible as the Electrical Engineer of Record. (Previous Employer)

Prepared the MEP portions of the programming documents used for the RFP for the new facility located on the Dallas Campus. Met with staff and architectural Programming team to determine project requirements and needs. (Previous Employer)

Austin Community College - Highland Campus Ph. I - Austin Texas

Renovation of the existing mall anchor tenant building into the first classroom building for the new campus. The project included extensive lighting controls, rainwater harvesting, dedicated outside air systems and achieved a LEED Gold rating. Responsible as the Electrical Engineer of Record, Project Manager and full construction administration. (Previous Employer)
