The project consists of a new 58,646 sf production facility designed for future expansion. The building will consist of a production area, a small office area with restrooms and breakroom.

American Meat Company

The Project includes a new 90,000 SF food processing and cold storage warehouse, located on the 10.437 acre parcel, at the south west corner of Jubilee Drive and Riverview Drive in Lewisville, Texas.  The Basic Scope of the Project includes the generation of design documents sufficient to construct site improvements, building shell and interior fit out work. The basic building scope includes spaces for office, freezer, cooler, shipping dock, and processing, and packaging of meat products.

Mission Foods

An internal finish out of 14,000 sf portion of the building where new walls made of refrigerated panel systems on top of a CMU wainscot (for durability).  The panelized wall system will also form the ceiling in the space and lighting will be dropped in from above for serviceability and cleanability purposes.  Also included are the HVAC and fire protection systems for the space that will be serviced from overhead.
